Spring Gate Capital Management is an MAS Capital Markets Services Licensee (Fund Management). We are the manager of Spring Gate Capital Global Alpha Fund (previously known as Spring Gate Capital China Fund).
Spring Gate Capital Global Alpha Fund
Spring Gate Capital China Fund was launched on January 1, 2020, for accredited investors. The equities hedge fund focused on investing in high-quality listed China companies in key sectors such as Consumer, Platforms, Technology, Industrials, Healthcare, and Sustainability.
Spring Gate Capital China Fund was relaunched as Spring Gate Capital Global Alpha Fund on January 1, 2024. The Fund is our flagship evergreen equities hedge fund investing globally with a focus on Technology and Innovation. The Fund is currently housed under the Spring Gate Capital VCC in Singapore.
As of December 31, 2025, 6 years since inception, the Fund delivered a cumulative return of +50% and an annualized return of +7%. The relevant benchmark (MSCI China All Shares Index for full years 2020-2023 and MSCI All-Country World Index for full years 2024-2025) delivered a cumulative return of +5.2% and an annualized return of +0.9% over the same 6-year period.
